I was chasing my dog around the living room and when i stopped my heart was racing and i heard a loud throbbing and felt pulsing in back of my head! and i was a little dizzy I was not even running that much that’s the weird thing! I had this before but it has not happen for a while.What causes this? Does this indicate a health problem?
